Receive one 30 min session a week. Monthly rates cover a full month, up to four sessions in 30 days. (One session a week)

Receive one 60 min session a week. Monthly rates cover a full month, up to four session in 30 days.

Receive two group fitness sessions a week. Classes are 45-60 mins.  Monthly rates cover a full month, up to  eight sessions in 30 days.  Create of group of 3 or more individuals to use this option.  Must meet at the same time/days.

One on One , 45-60 min sessions, twice a week.  Monthly rates cover a full month, up to eight sessions in 30 days. Includes health coaching and nutrition information. You will also receive accountability coaching on non-workout days which includes workout assignments, follow ups and weekly motivation. 

 One on One coaching and fitness session combined into one hour.  It's the total package to get you to your goals. The monthly rate covers a full month, up to four sessions in 30 day.
